You can reach the assessing office by calling 603-692-9520. The office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 8:00am to
4:30pm and Wednesday 8:00am to 6:00pm.
Changes in ownership, new-construction, the cycle inspection process and other changes
require regular maintenance and updating to the information contained within the assessing database. We update the online data once a year after the FINAL tax-bills are issued
There is a counter terminal available at City Hall during office hours and you can print
property record cards at the Development Services office for $1.00 each.
